A little hat sneaks in during the sweater knitting. Love the Isager yarn! US3 needles. I tried alternating 8 knit and 8 knit through back of stitch to start, but didn't feel there was much bang for the buck so switched to straight stockinette, so it looks a bit weird above the ribbing, but I don't think a baby will care. I love these colors together and wish I could capture them better. The color is most like the shot of the whole hat, but I was getting bad shadows.

a little progress
I FINALLY got through the hem detail for the sweater. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but I'm pretty sure I'm right on gauge! This will definitely be a test of my patience and perseverance.
