I had yarn left over from the stormy hat so thought I'd make another. Of course, since I chose to make a pointy hat this time, I ran out of yarn right near the top. I bought another ball of yarn and now have enough for a third hat to come. This is the cotton/bamboo blend—so very soft. This one has random rows of ridges. It looks to me as if a little cupola is perched on the top.5 stitches x 7.5 rows per inch
